Ramen Musashi

First of all, the interior was very clean and felt new. The service was good as the waitress was attentive. The food can be improved. I expect gyoza to be pan fried at ramen restaurants, but our gyoza was served deep fried. The ramen was on the salty side. Both the broth and the pickled shiitake mushrooms in the ramen were just too salty.

Good taste, but the base menu is overly involved with toppings leaving less room to customize the dish as is typical at other places. Don't be fooled by the dark windows, it may be difficult to see in from the outside but there is a small unlit open sign. Not much ambience on the inside, but a solid meal, someplace I'd be happy to go back to.

The service was excellent during our meal. The design of the store was minimal, but with great taste. A few anime prints and a blue curtain. The broth was great for CV standards (also best tasting around), but I know it can be better. It tastes like Nana's stock, go to comfort recipe. Which is good, but you need flare out here.

Broth is very flavorful and noodles are great! Get the Sagamihara Shoyu Broth!
