Outback Steakhouse

After over a dozen visits, the service and staff are still the best. On special occasions, the wait can be up to an hour or so but worth getting your steaks cooked right for prices around $$$. For a chain restaurant, food is above par with a good choice menu. Families welcomed as well as couples. Bar service was good. For a mid level steakhouse, I recommend a visit.

We drive 120 miles to eat at the Outback Steakhouse in Palm Desert. The food, drinks and appetizers are delicious! The service is always great. The restaurant is clean.

Service was impeccable. So attentive. Unfortunately they were out of prime rib, but another night.

Wife had steak medallions and I had the two pork chops. Both were flavorful and tender. The sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli were good as well. We will return.

Normally I love Outback. For some reason last night, the atmosphere was very stoic. No one had smiles on their faces. The only person I was impressed with was our server. Even over our waitress. Not even the Manager was inviting when it appeared he was helping the staff. Food was great though. A little disappointed with staffing demeanor.
