    Delicious food, understated atmosphere, excellent service. Can't believe we didn't find it sooner. We'll be regulars.

    Every single bite was delicious, obviously the sushi chefs are Japanese trained, and they pay attention to every detail necessary to make the sushi delicious (temperature, size, freshness, flavor combination, texture) I have been searching for good sushi in Palm Springs that I could say is on par with what I have had in Tokyo and New City, and this place is the only one that comes close.

    Your lucky if you have found this place. Incredible sushi? Mind blowing, earth melting paradigm shifting sushi? In the middle of the Desert?
    Impossible you say.
    Nope its possible.
    You have just found one of two of the absolutely best sushi restaurants in the desert. Which one is better is up for argument. I'll give you a hint though, there both in Palm Desert, and neither is on El Paseo. Anyways, get ready to enjoy some sushi!

    Food was very well presented. The service was great in spite of the high volume of customers they were experiencing at the time. We loved the food and the presentation. We sat at the bar. It’s nice to watch the chefs prepare the sushi.

    This restaurant is a hidden gem of all sushi bars. The staff are always welcoming, the sushi is great quality, and it has a really nice atmosphere. I recommend you going here if you like sushi and are visiting the Coachella Valley.
