Wonderful ambiance, comfortable and relaxing, food is amazing as you'd expect. Good pricing and as always, once you walk in you feel like family.

We highly recommend Carmen's, Lupe (the owner) has made this restaurant a wonderful tribute to her late mother.

Parking is easy, and this location is right next to Wendy's on Country Club & Washington.

I’m so happy to finally have a good Mexican restaurant in palm desert. The service was fast and the two lady servers were great, they were happy to serve us and with great attitude. We had the chiles gueritos, queso fundido with chorizo and a carne desebrada tacos combination plate, plus a Chavela. Omg! The Chavela was the best, so fresh.!Also the food was so delicious, the chiles were fully stuffed with shrimp and they were so fresh. I hope it all stays the same and you guys continue this way.

Sister restaurant of El Mexicali II and it was fantastic! The Chiles Gueritos are so good! We also had fish tacos & chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Super friendly. Please visit and support a local while they await liquor license!
