    I don't normally go to Starbucks but my friends and I went today and it was good. The customer service was good and fast. The store was neat, clean, and set up really well to meet the Covid requirement. Of course the snacks were tasty.

    Victoria is one of the most amazing examples of customer service! She goes out of her way to make to smile! Laurens drinks are great too! El paseo location!

    It's located in a great spot on Paseo with great service. The reason it gets such a low rating has to do with retirement mafia that grabs all the outdoor seating and sits there all morning. Not only do the same people grab all the seats every morning but they are very loud making it impossible to have a conversation. I now go to the coffee bean located one block further down on Paseo.
