On our way home to Escondido, took a delicious lunch break @ Carls, Perris exit!! My combo meal & Marys chicken Tenders meal were awesome and server was great to help us.

We were returning from the mountains January 16 and stopped by Carl's for a snack. I believe the young lady was the crew leader and was training a couple new employees while expertly taking and filling orders. She efficiently completed our order and when we said "thank you", she responded "my pleasure". What a joy Not to hear "no problem"! So weary of that response. In customer service is shouldn't be a problem. Thank you for making our day! A few kind words and professionalism will cause customers to return and share their positive experience with others.

I've been trying to order chicken tenders for a few weeks now between 1am-3am because that's the time I get off work. But they never seem to have any around that time. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a 24hr restaurant. Shouldn't they have everything on the menu available. If it's 24hrs.
