    Prime Cut is sooo good. 5 stars.
    Thinly sliced with horseradish Mayo.

    Great sandwhiches, lots of meat. pot salad and pickle on side. Could only eat a 1/2 saved other 1/2 for later.

    I love this location. They have the best service. One of the staff I usually see is my favorite. He knows what my boss and I both like and knows me by name. I always look forward to going and sandwiches and cookies from this Aspen mills
