McDonald's

The service and iced tea was pretty good, but the card reader wasn't working at the self serve menu and I'm not really a McDonald's fan. If your into McDonald's then I'm sure you'd be happy but I literally only went because it was convenient

Customer service was not good the day I visited. There was miscommunications between the team members and manager causing them to give me the wrong order. They did correct my order but not until the 5 cars behind me had passed me by. Food was good though for McDonald's food.

Average McDonald's in terms of food quality. As for the service, the staff was very friendly and accommodating but the service on the slight slow side for the amount of people in the restaurant.

Also had issues with the kiosk system. Went through the process of ordering, which is supposed to speed up service and ordering process, and as I went to finish and pay the system would not allow me to pay and order. This made me go back into the end of the line in order to pay which ultimately made my order process much longer. Although not a completely detrimental to the experience, it was definitely a bit annoying.

The hospitality and service was on point ! But the location is a bit wanting. There were several homeless or near homeless that were there just to rest but for too long. I had my kids and I didn't feel comfortable with my kids there.
