El Fogon Mexican Grill

Amazing place!! One of those great little hole in the walls. Salsa bar, nice interior (though small), and incredible food! Really good, deep flavors and huge portions for the price. Might be my new favorite Mexican place in Riverside.

I just got some Carni Fries and they're the best I've ever had anywhere. The girl at the register was so nice. She was very helpful and tentative. I'm definitely going back

Great portions and good overall taste in Riverside. One of the better restaurants near campus. Only downside is their early close time and Mondays being closed.

I adore this place! Only reason with the 4 star rating is they still use styrofoam plates which is unfortunate for the planet. I come here almost every Tuesday for the 99¢ street tacos. Thursdays they do fried potato tacos and it’s also delicious! I took friends from Canada here and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

We go there occasionally for Taco Tuesday, and god bless them that they finally added beer to their menu! The taco is good and diverse, but the burritos are better tbh. It can be a little hard to seat a bigger group there, but so far we haven't had a problem.
