El Rey Taco Grill - Riverside, CA

First time here tonight. Thought me and my family could try it . I got the asada burrito and shared some asada fries. It was pretty good. Salsa bar was good variety and chips. Not bad. Definitely would be coming back another time to try something different.

This is our third time eating here. Two times take out, one time dine in. They are speedy, kind, and so friendly! The food is delicious. There is a chips and salsa bar. Beyond generous portions. There is a rewards program. Did I mention they are so friendly? Absolutely awesome place!

I searched “tacos” and this was the first location that came up in the area. The customer service at the front counter was friendly, and she recommended taking advantage of their Taco Tuesday deal ($1.75/taco). In terms of drinks, I couldn’t pass on their Strawberries and Cream Agua Fresca, but they also had a melon drink, horchata, and Jamaica. They have a self-serve salsa bar where I was able to take their avocado salsa and green tomatillo salsa, along with some chips. One of their service staff brought the plate of tacos to the table I was sitting at, which had a fair amount of meat, onions, and cilantro on each taco. I’m happy to have another choice of dining when I’m in the area. I’ve had El Rey before in Wildomar, and it’s good to know that they have the same quality of food and high level of customer service.

COMPLIMENTS To the chef!!!! Best breakfast burrito I have ever had. Look at that runny egg yolk inside. I am going to start making it like that at home…

We also went there for their taco Tuesday and the meat was amazing quality so tender and fall apart meat..

Then there is the drinks. They always have different rotations from honeydew, horchata, strawberry cream…..and more …Their drinks are also great.

All I can say is I am so happy we finally have a decent Mexican place near by…and we don’t need to drive 20+ min for good food🥰😋

Went here for the first time. We got a bean and cheese burrito, carnitas tacos, beef taquitos, and taco combo plate. The food was all very good. They have a chips and salsa bar. The prices do seem a little higher compared to some surrounding competitors, but prices have gone up everywhere. They also have daily specials. We will definitely come back.
