Las Tres Hermanas Food Truck

We finished our mountain bike ride at Sycamore Canyon and we had planned to try Portillo's, but as we headed to where we had parked we bumped into this food truck. I tried to do some research on it, but I couldn't find anything on it. I spoke to owner and it turns out they're a new business and only been around 3-4 months. It looks like they have a steady business already from the surrounding distribution centers. He also gave me a sample of his carne asada which was the clincher to give it a try. Food is definitely good and hit the spot for all of us. The gave a green and red sauce with each order and they both had a nice flavor and accompanied the food well. Offering fries from a portable food truck was a nice option and they were hot and crunchy! The only thing is that it was a little pricey, but I think it's inline with other food trucks! For the convenience after our ride and not having to go to another location, having their food right there was a surprise bonus! I hope they are there next time we ride and we may just grab some more food again!
