(February 21, 2020, 5:56 pm)Jello is by far the most wonderful team member I have ever encountered during my Starbucks adventures. I am always on the go and coffee is a must on my travels. Coffee and a genuine human being every time with the most sensational customer service? Yes, PLEASE! I'm so blessed every time I get the opportunity to be assisted by her and she remembered my name after telling her just once. Working in the industry that's a huge flex because we see hundreds of people a day- WOW! She is Miss Congeniality and everything above that. Love her and this location! Always my spot to hit before my commute to LA. Jello is a superstar!
