The Rustik Fork

Delicious, tasty, flavorful food. I am so please we have a restaurant in the area that is concerned with buying and cooking local ingredients. The pork belly burger is out of this world. Their beet salad is incredibly flavorful. I cannot wait to try more things on their menu. Their decor is also so darn stylish.

- I had the burger that was made of 100% beef patty with organic cheddar, seasonal greens, pickles, tomato, grilled onions, maqui ketchup, avocados on house made potato buns with house fries. ????

-Cobb salad with organic seasonal greens, eggs, bacon, tomato, corn and avocado. Organic hempseed ranch dressing.????

-Grilled cheese made with organic cheddar, ancient grain and house fries.????????

Tonight was our first visit to The Rustik Fork. We were lucky enough to meet the owners when we picked up our food. A super nice, down to earth couple. They have a really cool restaurant and menu. Their food is delicious!! I heard about them on Nextdoor and was excited to check them out. Definitely worth the money and the drive. We'll be back!!

Took my wife here for her birthday this evening and it was the first time for us both. Cauliflower steak (cross section) appetizer was the best food item I've had in a long time. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Food was GREAT. I enjoyed the lighting and general aesthetic, even if the chairs are hellaciously uncomfortable. Best place to eat in the IE that I've been to. Actually going to check out the service they offer for meal prep and I'll most likely add on to this review at that time.

I've decided past this place several times and have been meaning to try this place for a while. We decided to go on a Saturday night. The wait wasn't half as long as what they told us when we walked in. The service was great. The staff was very attentive. We came in to try their burgers and we ended up also having the goat cheese cheesecake. Which was AMAZING! I haven't tried anything there that I wouldn't recommend. Everything is Fresh and Local.
