Went earlier and had the new bacon truffle burger, the young lady suggested it and said that she loved it, and recommended it 100% if I was a garlic lover. Let me just say it was exactly what I wanted and I wouldn’t of normally given something like this a try, but how she took the time to describe it made my mouth water at the speaker. Carl’s better watch out ???? an employee like her is hard to find, I even offered her a job for my restaurant.

Always have had a good experience coming to this location, at all the other locations in Hemet/SJ I’ve always had something missing from my order, wrong drinks, terrible customer service, anything you name it. Today I decided to dine in around 1:30, and it was rather busy, but I got my order before I got the chance to sit down. Their speed of service has improved and I love their friendliness, keep up the good work.

I always have a good experience coming to this location. They've never forgotten anything. Always pretty good on extras, etc. Drive thru line does get long during some peak hours but they actually make your food to order, for the most part, so it's understandable.
(& yes, their new Beyond meat burger is damn good! AND that new truffle burger, my husband says, is delicious.)

I come here every Saturday around 2am and I always see the same girl working this shift. She gives great customer service and always makes sure my special order is correct and that I have what I need. She’s great! ????????????
