Shogun Restaurant

Really enjoyed our time at Shogun! Only problem was I'm allergic to fish and all the meat and fish are cooked on the one grill. I'm fine. Nothing a Benadryl can't help.

The servers were super polite but it was a process to get the order right...

After repeated attempts and a few disorders and mixups and food/drink comps, we were able to finally get the order straight.

I'm giving this 3 instead of two stars because everyone had a positive attitude and didn't fight to comp the food and drinks.

It worries me they had to comp half the things in the first place but they did make it right.

We sat at a grill. The food was really good and our server was very friendly. However our cook was very dull. He wasn't very friendly and even our kids said he wasn't fun to watch. Other than that our dinner was enjoyable. We will be back.

Great atmosphere great staff and most of all great food! Lives up to its name. Give them a shot you won't regret it.

Expensive. A let down if you get a chef that was as lackluster as ours. Seemed like he must have been new. He saw us watching the other tables instead and was visibly deflated. Part of the price is in the presentation. Food was not exceptional, but the sushi rolls were great. We had fun except when the server was ready to argue about a misunderstanding about our order. They made us repeat it 5 times and then told us we were wrong. I guess they were bothered they had to change the prepped meal on the cart. Funny thing is that we wanted a much pricier item and they didn't want to correct the mistake without small dispute. Probably not going back. Spent over $300.
