Ken, the general manager and head chef is very knowledgeable and is happy to customize your order to your taste. They have a great lunch menu. We eat at China Chef at least once a month and find their food to be as good as any in the valley, if not better. The key here is every order is made fresh.

(October 19, 2017, 1:55 am)The best Chinese restaurant in town.China Chef become my favorite Chinese restaurant in Temecula. Their foods are always good, very authentic chinese food. I have to point out the duck and BBQ pork, very delicious ? and I know only China Chef has them in Temecula. Other foods like dumpling , salt pepper shrimp or chicken wing are my must order dishes . I have to say every dish in China Chef are amazing. I am so happy to dine in here??
