Hummus Republic

We got the bowl with most of the ingredients in it. The flavors are bold, but it was just what we wanted. The guy helping us was awesome too. He was friendly, fast, and you could tell he cared about doing a great job.

Did not expect such great food and service from a fast food spot in the mall. The vegan options taste awesome and the servers are very friendly. They also let you sample anything you want, which is super helpful for someone who isn't very familiar with meat substitutes and doesn't want to risk ordering something they might not like. I'll definitely come out of my way to eat here again.

Great food! Got a falafel sandwich and asked to owner to make it like he would make it. Amazing! My wife got a salad and she loved it to. I’m glad there are healthier choice in the mall. Will be back for sure!!!!

Wonderful service!!! The cashier was so pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the menu helped me pick a great shake!!! I will be back for hot food.
