I had an offer on my app for any handcrafted beverage. However the app did not let me redeem for a mobile order. I went in store to try it in person, but the cashier was not able to redeem it. The cashier was very nice and patient. It would have been nice if they tried another option to let me redeem my offer.

When I initially came to this Starbucks, I gave them a 4 star review because of the line. Over the course of a year of coming here, I had not changed it until today. I decided to change it to 5 ? because I understand why the line. It's due to great customers service.

Today, I accidentally ordered flavored hot coffee on my mobile phone instead of the frappe my kids had asked for. When I told the girl there that I made a mistake...
She said, "No problem." She then corrected my order, made two frappes in no time, and did not charge me for them.
I call that exceptional customer service! They deserve the all the stars. No wonder, there's always plenty of customer at this establishment. :-)

We're so trendy now we don't need menus..
Seriously guys c'mon, one limited menu and 4 advertisements where the rest of the menus should be...
