Starbucks

I love this Starbucks - I am always greeted with smiling faces and baristas who are dedicated to going above and beyond to make you're experience great. I would give this store 5/5 stars but their website states that they are increasing their health safety procedures during this pandemic and offering gloves for their staff/requiring extra sanitation measures. In addition, staff is REQUIRED to wear a facial covering. Today I went and the barista was NOT wearing a mask. I was disheartened and temped to just leave my order there. This store has lost my business until they can confirm they are following the required procedures, not only for this county but also as their website states.

Inside was clean. Coffee we received today was delicious. Staff was friendly. I had mobile ordered a plain bagel, but when I was waiting for them to make it I noticed they had everything bagels in the case. The app said they were sold out. I asked the barista to make me an everything bagel instead of a plain and she was happy to switch it out. Unfortunately, she then only heated the Bagel instead of toasting it. Which made it a little soggy.

It's always nice to be greeted with happy smiling faces. Even though this is a busy store, they always get my order correct and served quickly.

This is the best floor plan I've ever seen in a Starbucks. It is all very open with excellent lighting. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, and the store was very clean.

Restaurants being basically ubiquitous what stood out to me about this one was how fast the drive-thru was and also the service is pretty solid. The mural on the wall makes me feel like I'm a little bit in Europe, overall there's plenty of seating.
