Great place for a date or with friends and family. We had thief prime rib dinner that comes with two side and dessert. The drinks from their bar are excellent never watered down.
This place has great atmosphere and you can actually talk to each other at the table without yelling. However it seems they switched to cheap cuts of steak similar Denny’s. Tasty sides though.
Amazing lunch today at Black Angus! Prime rib sandwich… Open face with over stuff baked potato and honey bread.... Great service was a bonus!
I Love Black Angus!!! Chef Manuel Medina is amazing!!! He knows how to cook everything just right and treats you like family! Best Black Angus I’ve ever been to! Thank you Chef! ~Ashley and family
I’ve been eating at this steakhouse for many years (even back when it was owned by Stuart Anderson),and it’s always been a favorite. Last night though, I initially thought our waiter was just slow and out of touch. But in hindsight, I really think they just didn’t have enough help to handle the crowd. Additionally, when our steak dinners came out, they weren’t very hot, making me think they were just sitting back there. Also very disappointing, was the seeming quality of the meat. You know how steak houses are supposed to have high quality cuts of meat, as opposed to say, Denny’s, where are you get a steak for $5.95. In any case, I’ve eaten at lots of steakhouse houses. This meat did not seem up to steakhouse quality to me. We had to ask for silverware and bread plates. I hope last night was a fluke, and we may continue to enjoy this steakhouse in the future?
