    So happy they opened up shop in Citrus Heights! If you've never had Uzbek cuisine, this is probably the best place to try it. They have a few things on the menu (all of which I imagine are great), but I've tried the plov so far. It's like a rice pilaf with roasted meat, carrots, chickpeas, and raisins. It was just *chef's kiss.* I highly recommend stopping by, and am looking forward to trying more items!
