(October 19, 2018, 5:34 am)This family-owned restaurant serves both Vietnamese and Chinese food. I have only eaten from the Vietnamese noodle bowl section of the menu, and found the bowl to be very tasty! The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant, although small, still has a spacious feeling.

(April 23, 2018, 5:47 pm)Excellent Vietnamese food. My favorite is #10 Beef Stew Noodle Soup or Charbroiled Pork and Shrimp over noodle salad. I've tried all the Vietnamese Restaurants from Elk Grove Blvd to Center Parkway and i keep coming back to Viet Hoa on Laguna Blvd because they are always delicious and great service. The other places are hit & miss with one or the other.
