Smashburger

The fried pickles were so salty as well as the beef patty. It could be a rare occurrence because this is my first time eating here.

Also it's pricy for the size of the burger. A big size burger there is smaller than a regular size burger at other fast food burger places. Quality definitely didn't make up for its smaller size.

I like the menu - lots of interesting burger options - beef, turkey, chicken, black bean veggie burger, plus different variation of fries and sides (grilled brussel sprouts, fried pickles, just to name a few). They have gourmet burger toppings that my husband and I really enjoyed. The only disappointment was that the serving sizes ended up being pretty small. I imagine we will go back sometime, however.⭐

Always good food and fast service. My favorite burger joint in elk Grove for sure, try the NorCal for a uniquely delicious burger. The avocado club is really good with grilled chicken. The smash fries are a must and if you like sweet potatoes then the sweet potato smash fries are the go to. Join the smash club for coupons and deals.

Burgers are very good. Service is not so good. They have very good hamburgers and other sandwiches and salads. However they do not now how to handle customers in a efficient manner. Even at their busiest times they never seem to have more than one person taking orders at the cash register causing customers to have to wait a long time just to order and there is no room to have much line so it is often out the door at dinner time.

First time here. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The fries were great, fresh, hot and crispy. The burger was good, but tasted salty to me. It had great flavor, the truffle mayo I thought was interesting.
The dining area itself is in need of deep cleaning though. The carpet under the tables has a layer of black grime that looks like layers bubble gum on a sidewalk. The tables themselves all needed to be wiped down, and other surfaces could use a cleaning as well.
