Old Town Pizza and Tap House

Good crust. Shows they take time with their dough. But there were burnt charcoal bits welded to the bottom, which means they aren't taking care to clean the oven floor during a busy day. I've never been there before when they had so few customers.

We got there early (shortly after 5pm) on Wednesday night. Just few people there. We ordered our pizzas and beers plus my sister & I each had a salad. My sister & her husband had their usual mushrooms, pepperoni, and sausage. My husband & I had the " Chuck Norris ".. our salads were served nicely chilled with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, sliced red onion, feta cheese cubes, and pepperochini with your choice dressing on the side. The pizzas were very good and the beer was great! We wouldn't hesitate to go back again..

Really like this place. Staff is always friendly and the pizza is good. We usually get BBQBC. I enjoy having a beer at the bar while I wait, as they have a good selection of beer on tap.

Man what a place! The family wanted to try a new pizza place and we are glad we decided to try this place. The pizza was awesome, they have like 15 beers on tap so there's one you are bound to like and their spinach salad was so good. We tried the mushroom pizza and it did not disappoint. One thing that caught us off guard because we were first timers was that you have to find your own table and order your food at the bar. Even on a crowded Saturday night, we didn't wait longer than 5 minutes for a table. If you are in Elk Grove, give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

This place has amazing pizza. Would of definitely been 5 stars if it didn't take an hour and 10 minutes to get our food. I realize it was busy, but it was excessive. We also asked for ranch with the pizza and they brought us a thimble full! Service wasn't very good but I would absolutely return because the food was excellent. The only difference is that I will be prepared to wait awhile and bring my own ranch ;-)
