Texas Roadhouse

I have always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse. The food was good and the service was great. The lighting was a little dim where we were sitting. But other that that I would definitely recommend eating there.

I did not like the cactus bloom, rice or the green beans but the jalapeno bites and rest was good. Waitress was very attentive. Food was served in a timely manner. We called ahead so no major wait upon arrival.

Great service, excellent menu and food was delicious! Manager stopped by and chatted with us as well. Will be visiting more often. They have a early dinner menu with awesome prices. Kids menu is VERY reasonable too.

For a party of two or wait time was only 5 minutes which was great. We got sat down and there were no napkins, plates, or silverware on the table. We thought they would bring some out shortly but didn't. As I went along to order my meal the waitress asked me if I wanted rice or mashed potatoes with my beef tips. The menu said I can choose my own two sides. It was the first time I was told I had to choose between the two for one of my sides. I ended up changing my order to the ribeye (+$10 from beef tips) because I didn't want to complain. It was my first time at this location. When the salad came out we still did not have silverware. I ask an employee walking by for some and I don't know why I was provided with an excuse that there was a backup on the silverware but he can find us some. Why seat people if the table is not ready? Just get me something I can eat my food with please. Before I ask for silverware I noticed people set down next to us that were brought silverware promptly. I did not believe that excuse. Good customer service does not come with excuses. Things just get done.

One of my fave place to go for a good meal. Satisfies me in every way. You'll be first greeted by welcoming receptionists. Lines could go a long way depending on the time of arrival. And when there is a line.... it means they have good food!!! That's why people keep coming back. I love their steak and ribs here! But what brings me back more are these bread that start your meals! End up eating a lot because of these. The servers are awsome too! There are times the place gets crowded but they manage to get your food in time.
