The attention that the chef devotes to making sure that the different vegetables and meats in a dish are perfectly cooked is consistently displayed. There are a wide range of menu items to choose from: dishes for the non-adventurous like sweet and sour chicken or the best wonton soup I've ever had to more authentic dishes like fish and fermented cabbage soup or hot and sour noodle soup with pig intestines (both are delicious).
There are reasonably priced lunch specials on weekdays. The ma po tofu and dan-dan noodles are particularly good for lunch... But then I'm forgetting the Korean noodle soup (reminds me of "Army" soup) and the aforementioned hot and sour noodle soup.
I have not had a single dish at this place that I did not enjoy. Very attentive staff who will answer any questions you may have. -
