    I LOVED the fish, sauces, toppings, and portions. My only complaint was that the "sushi" rice wasn't even close. Just tasted like rice... No seasonings. But still, will definitely come back!

    I have been to several different types of poki places in the Sacramento area. Fishology didn't have a lot of selections for ingredients and the prices were a little more expensive than the other places. The food was just fair. I probably won't go back there again. The price wasn't worth the amount of ingredients and selection of meats.

    First time at a build-your-own poke restaurant. They had decent rice, sauce, and topping selection. Not bad.
