The banhmi was good, but they take most of the inside of the baguette out which leaves a crunchy shell...to crunchy. Otherwise, the pork sando was good.

The pho was more miss than hit. The broth was weak, and the meat was the opposite end of the spectrum from lean. Even after adding hoisun and siracha, the steak pho tasted as much like sprouts as anything else.

The Vietnamese crepe looked beautiful and was full of all kinds of good stuff...but tasted more of the oil than anything else.

Staff was really pleasant, but when I asked him what he orders he directed me to 2/3 of what I just described and ordered. Half way through the meal he sat down at a near table to eat and something else entirely that looked more delicious than what he suggested and I was eating.... smh.

The food was very fresh and tasty. The Banh Mi sandwich was loaded with meat ( that's the only place in Folsom that actually put a good amount of meat). Spring rolls were very proportional to the vermicelli vs. meat. Pho was good, felt a little watery, but the amount of meat compensated for it.

I’ve had my sights on this establishment and I am so glad I finally made the visit on a Saturday after 2pm. The owner was so very pleasant and welcoming. I ordered small pho #16; Rare Steak, Tendon, Tripe with Rice Noodle Soup. Wow, good portion and broth was delicious. I grew up in South Sac and visited many Viet restaurants off Stockton Blvd, and I must say, this place is legit. The place was clean and very welcoming. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

The banh xeo was the star. Everything was really tasty, but the banh xeo was so crisp and delicious. We got takeout. The bottom of the banh xeo was a bit soggy but still quite good. The crepe with the vinegar, herbs, and lettuce was delicious. The restaurant is so clean and nice. The staff were helpful and explained the dishes to us so that we could pick what we liked. Very patient with us. Will come back

Finally, a real authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Folsom. Best Bun Bo Hue in Sacramento for sure. Their Bun Mam was a bomb as well. And their Chao Long was on point. Sooo many toppings!! They are so generous on their meats and veggies. I’ve been here back to back for 2 days now since they still have their 20% off Grand Opening. Can’t wait to come back and try their Bun Rieu and Banh canh and Bun Mang Vit. Oh my goodness so many options right here in Folsom I no longer have to drive all the way to San Jose or south Sac for my craving anymore!! Also we have 5 kids (2 under 2) and while most places charge an 18% gratitude for a group of 6, this place doesn’t have that fee at all. They also have vegan options.
