Mode Brewing & Pasta A La Mode

I was very pleased with my all around experience here. First time here tonight and I found out it's a very friendly family run operation. The kind of place my family loves to support. Small inside venue with a large shaded outdoor area and koi pond and plenty of tables and games. Lots of parking available in the back. Their craft beers are very good and with a Blonde, PA, IPA, Porter, Wheat, etc. The Blueberry Pale Ale and West Coast IPA were winners in my book; light and refreshing but with an impressive ABV. They also have high quality locally brewed ciders and quite a few wine options for those who don't like beer. The food was fresh and equally diverse with vegetarian, internationally inspired and some spicy options. I didn't try it this time but I've been told the pasta is homemade fresh. Highly recommend the polenta fries. I had them Americana style but they also have Mexican and Italiano style and all look amazing. I also had the Italian pizza. It was very tasty with the perfect amount of toppings and dough. The crust was delicious, not too thin and not too thick. Overall the food was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I'm looking forward to bringing some friends and trying more of their food and future craft beers.

I'm going 5 stars here cause people should go there are get the food. It's great. The beer was OK, they are new though, so that's gonna get better. The employees were friendly, the food was hot and tasty. The facility was clean and welcoming, including a great looking back patio. For food, I got the Italian Pizza, wife got a garlic cheese bread and the kid got the veggie pasta. They were all well cooked. I'd go back for the pizza again.

Great local place we've discovered! Amazing selection of great original cuisine. Everything we've tried is delicious panini and desserts and today we tried the Goombah polenta fries. Friendly staff and unique beers. Today we really enjoyed their red ale, and I'm looking forward to their Wednesday release. Can't wait to enjoy their patio area when the weather improves. Keep up the amazing work Mode!!

All I saw was brewery on the sign...haha. I had no idea these folks were known for their pasta! So, I had to try a few things, and I'll be back for more! Love their story as far as starting as a food truck and now a brick and mortar location! Can't wait for the weather to warm up to enjoy their space out back!

Amazing food. Beer Battered Artichokes are so tasty. Crunchy yet melts in your mouth. Pizza and Pastas have an unique flavor. An awesome local joint in OV!
