Costa Vida

I moved from an area that had several Chipotle alternatives and was sad that there weren't really any in rancho. I was afraid to try Costa Vida for some time because of poor reviews but ended up giving it a go when on a time crunch and jonesing for street tacos.

I'm glad I did. The meat was juicy and delicious and they cook the tortillas in front of you. Their wet burrito is also fantastic. Their burritos are assembled much like how they do it at Chipotle and Qdoba. You tell them what you want and once all the hot ingredients are assembled they put it through a conveyer oven so it's nice and hot.

The service we've experienced at this location has also been friendly each time we've been. Costa Vida is definitely now on our list for places we'll go regularly.

Food is delish as usual, portions at this location have seem to gotten a lot skimpier compared to previous years or Utah/ Idaho locations like maybe new cheap franchise owners took over? Always a fan tho.

Great food! Pleasant service, not too crowded... But they are a little slow in praying the food. They could probably either hire more staff floor a Sunday afternoon lunch shift, or train the employees to just move a little faster, more efficiently. I felt bad for the people behind us in line.

This is one of my family's favorite places to stop for a quick bite. They make their tortillas to order. Everytime we have eaten here the food is always fresh and tastes great. They offer a great APP with reward points, birthday rewards, and discounts throughout the week. A surprise to me... Key Lime Pie is amazing!!
