McDonald's

Rare visit to a McDonalds and faced with the electronic ordering system. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle fries and a coke. The fries and coke were fine but the cheeseburger was awful. More pickle than normal and no onion but worst of all there was a gallon of mayonnaise on it. Ate half of it before giving up. Bizarre

Got my food just the way I asked for it to be. Not sure about all these comments on how the staff if rude they are very nice the people that helped me at each of the windows were the ones that I talked to (David and Victoria) I was having a bit of a rough day and they gave me some laughs and were friendly and I honestly went home feeling a bit better. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

And for those people complaining about how they are slow it’s not their fault, it’s a new store and I bet they are doing their best. They are probably still figuring things out and maybe soon they’ll get good at it but you can’t please everyone, someone always going to complain just because they feel like complaining about anything

Have had several orders messed up but this is a new location so I'm sure the hiccups will be ironed out over time. Food quality has always been as high as one would expect from a McDonald's. The 2 drive-thru pickup windows are neat and the ordering kiosks inside make it so less registers are required. I also like the order status display because it lets you know how long till your order is ready. I recommend ordering through their app as you'll get reward points that could be used for free food.

Had planned coming here tonight with my daughter for a week and going into the restaurant and eating after hearing about the new and improved inside. She was so excited about it and then we got there and the lobby was closed. No eating in the restaurant. So we waited in the drive-through Probably longer than we usually wait at McDonald’s but not too bad. I would guess maybe 10 minutes before we got our food. Food was hot and service staff was friendly. I will try them again because they are so close to home and my daughter loves McDonald’s but hopefully they can work out some of their staffing issues and get this location running smoothly.

It was an interesting experience at first because it is all automated. Ordering at the kiosk and then having it brought to you.

I've been to other McD's that had the option for kiosk or counter ordering.

Went smoothly and it did was brought to us promptly.

Clean and tidy too.
