Super friendly and engaging baristas.

They did make my order perfectly! It was uncomfortable waiting and since I'd never been in, I was not sure where I was to go. I am assuming regulars know, because after I came in more people went right where they were supposed to. I have a feeling a lot of people order ahead. There is no drive through. There was only one person in front of me, yet it took more time than I expected. I was sure he had a huge order. Nope. Just one drink. So I guess the gal was busy making stuff for on-line preordered customers. I am probably grumpy, because of the need for caffeine.

Always friendly staff, even when they're super busy.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is friendly and lively, they really make you feel welcome and valued. They may even learn your name and order if you visit regularly. I love to stop by in the morning for a positive start to my day, and also good coffee! They are proud of their work and you can taste it. I always get a consistent good cup of coffee, never burnt or off tasting.

Amber was fantastic, bright and cheerful despite being the only one making drinks while the younger crew members ignored the orders piling up and hung out talking together after taking more orders for her to make. Our drinks were excellent, but it was easily noticeable that there was a line waiting for drinks and only one person hard at work making them, while the orders only slowly drifted in at the cash register. The other employees only helped for brief moments when Amber directly asked, but gladly accepted tips from customers and left to the back to laugh and talk. This was between 10:20 and 10:50 am Saturday September 29, 2019.
