    The food is excellent. Only open two days a week (Wednesday and Friday) but worth the wait.

    The food is really good. I've tried the ribs and the tri tip. Ribs were delicious, but the real standout for me was the tri-tip. It was literally the BEST tri-tip I've ever had! And, when I ordered it RARE, that's exactly how I got it. It was so tender, it practically melted in my mouth! Just wish the location was a little closer to Citrus Heights!

    We had Hank's cater a gathering for 50 people. They arrived early, set up quickly and were very professional. More than enough food was provided.

    What delicious food! The Tri-tip is so good! And the chicken sausage is the best I have eaten! They are super friendly and my only complaint is that they need to be open more than just Fridays! If you want a great meal to kick off your weekend, travel on down Elkhorn and pull into Hickory Hank’s BBQ and pick up a sandwich or a family value meal. You won’t be disappointed, but could become addicted!

    Best BBQ in Saramento Hands Down!
    Friendly Staff And the Owner is Genuine!
    Wish he had more locations so I did not have to drive so far. But still worth drive its a must have BBq Experience.
