The food was good & the service was fast. I've been going to Carl's for as long as I can remember. I enjoy their Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, & their Criss-Cut fries. Both items are very good.

Did you know that beyond burger patties. Carl's is now serving Vegans, that's progress. It's worth checking out and now plant based and carnivores and eat together. This location is pretty cool, nice staff, great service. Would go again.

12:45 pm the female cashier had a line of customers and as we waited for our turn we received the most highest level of . professional service. She was precise in taking our orders. When she brought us our orders she apologized for us having to wait. This type of service needs to be spread to all other fast foods and stores thank you Carl's and give your employee a special recognition. Thank you

If this is the Carl's in West Sacramento on Harbor, then I have to spread the word that the late night crew at this location is the best. They are nice, efficient, and they get your order right every time. And their late night food is the best I've ever had, in every way. I work late, and several times a week will stop there at 1 or 2 a.m., and the food is hot, fresh, and handed to you with a positive attitude. I would gladly go out of my way to get my dinner from there.
The daytime crew should learn from the late night crew, because I've gone in the afternoon and there is no comparison to the service and freshness.
You late night workers are awesome.
The Chicken Tenders at night beat the day crews every time. I just wish they would get their Pastrami Burger back!
