Something for everyone, from burgers to Zoodles, tacos and sliders - vegetarian and meat options. Coffee and smoothies. Limited seating... more of a coffeeshop atmosphere than restaurant, but much more extensive food menu than any coffeeshop.

This is the finest food I have found while traveling for years! The grass-fed burger was cooked perfectly and melded with the delightful house sauce & crisp lettuce to create an unforgettable burger! Besides being delicious, they are REALLY committed to Awesome ingredients, which is SO rare in "organic" restaurants. You will not find common, yet vile ingredients like "organic canola oil" or random sugars in things. Thanks!

Best little health food spot in downtown. Amazing selection of wholesome foods that taste great going down and settle nicely. The ambience is incredibly tranquil. The artwork on the walls is well chosen and they have both communal and table seating. If you love a hippie vibe, you have to stop in.

Great options for people with dietary restrictions! I cannot eat dairy products and it is so nice knowing I do not need to worry about dairy in my food when I eat at Backbone.

Great service, and a very comfortable vibe. Almost like we are hanging out in someone's cozy living room eating a delicious meal. I do wish they were open later.
