Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Ok great quick Mexican. Steak salad was huge fresh and yummy. Steak itself excellent. Two dressing options a vinaigrette which was herbaceous and bright and a creamy avocado that is slightly spicy. Dont ask me to choose between them! Oh and they make their own tortillas....yum just yum!

First time trying it. Taco Tuesday $1.50 tacos with hand made tortillas and for $2 more you get rice, beans and a drink. Good deal! I do have a couple issues tho....the rice was very under cooked to the point I had to spit out hard rice and the "spicy" salsa is not spicy AT ALL. I will say that as an American-Mexican, I am critical about the taste of Horchata and this is some really good stuff! I'll be back because I believe in second chances and I do think this is a really good value. I paid $7 for 3 tacos sides ave a drink.

Food is decent... Wasn't crazy about not being able to get my burrito built with all the fixings inside the shell. I wanted cilantro and got a side of cilantro that were not chopped and had to pull my burrito apart to put it in after I cut it myself and to add the guac and sour cream. Rice was a bit crunchy and undercooked. I'd go again if I had to, but would prefer other restaurants.

Always good and fresh, whenever I bring friends for the first time, they are impressed! Tuesday is a great day to try it because it's Taco Tuesday. You can get a taco for $1.50 and for $2.00 dollars more you can get beans, rice, and a drink.

Great service and fast. The all seem to work together as a team. Only had one person...i didn't get her name tall woman one the line seem to busy trying to get the line out, instead of hearing what the customer was wanting. Some times we all don't want the same thing.
