(April 27, 2019, 3:00 am)I was born and raised in 長安, China, I know what the best phở taste like. I believe Bốn Mùa has the authentic phở taste compared to places in Sacramento. The owner is a nice guy who is always very attentive and works real hard. Whenever I need my asian comfy food, my husband and I choose this restaurant.

I believe Bốn Mùa has the authentic Com Tam taste compared to places in Sacramento. The owner is a nice guy who is always very attentive and works real hard. Whenever I need my asian comfy food, my husband and I choose this restaurant.
