Coriander | Vietnamese Restaurant

Pretty good Vietnamese food with a California twist. Nice and fresh, but made to order, so if you are in a hurry, you can call ahead.

My husband and I were on the hunt for some good Vietnamese food that wasn't too far from our hotel, and I'm so glad that we decided on Coriander! The shaken beef was perfect and paired with a generous salad. Staff was attentive and very kind, too.

Nice place for Vietnamese cuisine - not a large selection of menu items. Employees are generally nice & helpful. Cool atmosphere and environment.

Second time here. The flavor is very good, though the service can be much better if it's adequately staffed, for the high amount of customers during lunch and dinner hours. Both times, have had long waiting time to be seated, when there's empty tables, when only two people are tending to take puts and waiting on tables.
Hire additional staff, you have plenty of business. I am sure you can afford additional staffing.

Today I was craving something hot sticky sweet and savory.....
I placed an order of spicy garlic chicken wings and veggie egg rolls. Oh my the food was still hot when I got back to work. Just the right amount of sweetness and hot flavor from chowing down the chicken wings.
Egg rolls were just right too. Nice & crunchy crisp taste on every bite. I will give them a total 5 's
I will definitely go back again soon. Its Just me wanting to meet Up with the nice hot waitresses. WOW.
They need to wear a more authentic. A suggestion for the waitresses to wear exquisite oriental Vietnamese style fashion. The restraunt was clean. Just a little too compact. Too close for comfort though. Overall this place served an excellent selection of food cuisine.
