Arby's

I'm giving only 3 stars for these reasons:
*The menu items are on the pricey side for the actual quality of the food.
*They wanted to charge me $1.00 for a tiny cup of whipped cream for my dogs. At Starbucks this is called a "pupachino". While I realize that Arby's isn't Starbucks, other fast food restaurants have graciously acquiesced to my unusual order... no charge.
It's ridiculously small of them to ask for a dollar for a squirt of whipped cream.
*3/3 times I've ordered at this location, my order has been wrong despite them going over my order 2 times.

So, food= decent.
Service= could definitely improve their customer relations by being flexible and kind to customer's who ask for a little favor... they might then get more regulars..?
Price= on the higher side.

I definitely enjoyed the eating experience. The people are very nice. I always enjoyed eating there.

Food was good, as usual, but corporate makes too many changes, trying to cut costs. Arby's was better a few years back, because the choices were a little better. They should keep what works, instead of making decisions based in absence of actual facts.Keep what sells, omit what doesn't, instead of relying on what doesn't sound important to profits. Sales are generated by satisfied & impressed customers that look forward to returning to Arby's, not by cutting back menu items.

I'm just a Wendys fan. Maybe it's because they have Chili and I actually like there's, although sometimes there's too big of chunks of hamburger meat. My burger was cooked good and produce was fresh. Chili was good, place was clean, service was quick and staff was friendly and knowledgeable (familiar with their app specials). This location is pretty close to my home and I frequent it often and have yet to have a bad experience. Keep it up.
