Good food in a pleasant atmosphere. Good treatment and service. And the tasty muffins! Definitely a place to eat well, talk and share with family. I recommend it!.
Its a great place love the gators all around! I ordered the patty melt & sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were the very best I have ever had!!!! The patty melt was rather disappointing. Great bread but the patty way too small as was the cheese, it is off the senior but think smaller bread the answer so that patty & cheese would cover. Then the onions.....they were not grilled. They might have hit hot pan for maybe one minute but not even close to grilled. Perhaps doing a proper grill of several onions in the morning & using those would work. All & all good place! I am planting a brunch all those eggs Benedict & mimosas!!! Yeh baby!!!
Food here is awesomely delicious! Each time I come I have to try something different because it all looks and sounds delicious.. servings are big, friendly service, has not disappointed did I mention food is delicious... I have favorites but I still haven't eaten everything yet!
Huckleberry's is a great place to eat at. The selections are plentiful and the portions are huge. You could actually share a plate with someone and you both will be satisfied. My husband and I didn't share a plate but we did have leftovers for the next day. This is not a place you go to if you're counting calories. I loved the southern music that played in the background, and the decorations have a story to tell. It's a must try!
This was our second visit. I want as happy with the Catfish Bayou style that I got this trip as I was with the French Toast sandwich I got last time. The catfish didn't have much flavor and something about the tomatoes or peppers on it tasted "off". Service was great. The staff are friendly. I'll give Huckleberry's another chance.
