El Pollo Loco

This was my first visit and loved the double chicken bowl. Chicken was tasty and juicy and filling. The only thing I didn't care for was the side of chips. Other option was tortillas. I'll try those next time.

Their food is Awesome!!! But LIKE OTHER take out places you have to check the bag to make sure it's all there and correct. I've resorted to going inside and ordering, not just here, but almost everywhere I get take out from and stand at the counter and check it. Lol! As soon as I don't do this my order is incorrect. This is not a slam to El Pollo Loco, this is all fast food places.

This was my first visit to an El Pollo Loco. The food was great but the service could not have been worse. We waited at the counter (first in line) for five minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. then we were treated like we were inconveniencing the girl who took our order.

It was 6:30PM on a Thursday night so they get some understanding from me but the dining room was a disaster. Every table was dirty. It's obvious that the management needs to clean house before the employees will clean house.

I might visit other locations but I won't likely return to this one.
