Evan, I cannot count the compliments we received about the food and service at our son's wedding here at our home in Courtland last week.
Honestly, the fact that you served nearly 500 people a flawlessly prepared, temperature-perfect, absolutely delicious meal in under 20 minutes(!) is unheard of!
We marvel at the ease with which you set up, served and cleaned up our big event--- no glitches we were aware of.
