We went to get some dog food. Nice staffs. Helpful. Different staffs asked us if we needed help. Clean store. The only reason that I didn't give a full 5star was the bathrooms. I had to go to the restroom kinda bad, and both the restroom were dirty. The seats and floor. I'm assuming its guys but can be a woman too..I don't understand how ppl just don't know how to pee into the toilet. The hole is pretty big and there this special metal mechanism tab on the side that you can just push down and it'll magically flush on it's own. But ppl are just plain dirty. Its probably not the workers fault for the dirty restroom. They're usually suppose to check every 30min-1hr and clean it. But it can be dirty in less than than time frame.

I previously gave 2 stars. I'm updating as it seems something has improved here. The salads are not so empty anymore. They usually have a competent and friendly order taker lately. The management that has been working during the day this week seems customer friendly and on the ball. And the food has been coming out right. I really hope they keep it up. Great improvement!
