I've only gone for breakfast, but food is good and they give you plenty on your plate. Service has always been courteous and helpful.
This place offers great tasty meals that won't leave you broke, been open since 1977. Many senior's love it an have been going there many years cause of the warmth there make them fill welcome an the employees knowing them by first name really make it feel welcomed too. Don't let this small place fool you as you enter. Plenty of seating. Worth eating there.
This was my first time at this breakfast (also has lunch) restaurant. I would rate this place at 4.5 stars compared to other kinds of Dinner's; Food was big portions, tasted good, server was very honest not trying to oversell, seemed like a home vibe because of the employees attitudes. The cons are the ambiance, and the seats are needing a remodel. Not bad for a true dinner; I feel that pros outweigh the cons. For this reason I give it five stars .... but it really is more like 4.5 to 4 stars. I will back ????????
I've been to Eggie's countless times, and my only issue is with the eggs themselves. I don't find the scrambled eggs to be breakfast restaurant quality, but the service is always extraordinary and I have had better luck with lunch than breakfast. It's a great local place and, unlike Casey's, they accept credit cards.
Good food, no line whatsoever, very slow day. I was surprised. On scale of 1 to 10, the booth we were sitting in would rate #2. It was hard as a rock, with lots of tape for the patches. The service was excellent, #10. The food, nice and hot, the way we like it, a #9.
