El Pollo Loco

Nice staff , tasty food, constantly getting cleaned. I'm impressed on the consistency of great flavor, freshness and presentation. I visit Pollo Loco 10 + times per year and not yet had a bad experience.

I love their tortilla soup. A little pricey given it's made from the leftovers of the day before but very tasty and full of chicken. A little too much chicken for my taste. I would rather have more corn and broth, but that's just me. More like a stew. Like I said very good. I also like their 2 or 3 piece meals. The chicken is very tasty and moist.

I've been going here for their chicken for years...never disappoints! When I tried the Chicken Tortilla soup this has become my at least once a week place ro eat! It's the best soup that my mom didn't make!!!

This place has excellent fresh and hot food. Customer service is great, my order has been correct the couple of times I have been through their drive through. Easily accessible easy exit from the drive through.

I've been coming here for years and every time they always meet or exceed my expectations. Granted it's during the day usually in the afternoon when the chicken is always juicy and the food is perfection. It's always clean and the employees are always friendly and professional. The other one on Mariposa is awesome too. I don't care if it's commercialized, I love El Pollo Loco! ????????
