El Pollo Loco

This particular location really care about the quality of the food. My chicken was season and cook perfectly. Can't said that at other locations.

I love this Pollo Loco. The service is always good and the food is great. If you order a two or three-piece combo, I suggest one of your sides should be the Loco side salad. I add a little chicken, salsa and their delicious cilantro dressing and it is wonderful. Order ahead for a special meal at home, it is great to share with family and friends.

As always, the food is very good, and healthy. We have the two piece meal with sides of steamed broccoli and coleslaw. They don't have the horchata drink here, so we probably won't return. The wait staff is courteous, and the food was hot and delicious. Big servings.

I like most of the food but sometimes the staff do not have good customer service or communication skills. I repeated my order to the lady three times and she still got it wrong and it's happened more than once.

Chicken is always tasty, the guacamole salsa is the bomb! Service could be better. The drive through service is probably the slowest in the fast food chain business. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes in line to order and receive our food but overall the food was good.
