Koshi Ramen Bar

Ramen portion was good. Grilled squid needed work. It was a little bland for me. The sauce for it need a little more kick and favor to it.

User friendly. Basically when you walk in, you are warmly greeted with a smile. They ask whether you have ordered ramen before and if not are gladly able to assist you. Asthetics of the establishment are nice and modern with a touch of Japanese aura. Clean and well maintained. The noodles are nice and the soup is hot enough just enough to mix things around. The only thing maybe they can work on is the eggs. I have been here few times already and they seem to improve on the egg from hard-boiled to cooked outside and nicely yoked on the inside. Other than that, would recommend coming on any ocassion not just seasonally.

Friendly staff. Went on weeknight, not too busy; however, they ran out fried chicken. Ordered black garlic ramen. Ramen came out but grilled chicken over rice came out last. It was quite the wait for a hangry toddler. Ramen was okay, broth wasn't as flavorful; tasted water down.

Staff are friendly, ordered Ramen black and was quickly served hot. Restrooms for both gender are kept cleaned. Waiting time is minimal even though place was crowded. Well lighted eating area, outside tables are available. Generally, the atmosphere is acceptable.

Food was delicious! Very tasty and flavorful. The place is nicely decorated with beautiful art, and furniture makes for lots of seating space.
