Nice relaxing atmosphere. The food is always good and the price is pretty reasonable. It’s in a small upscale shopping center so the parking is easy. The staff is friendly. An all around good place to go for a meal.
Amazing value and very good food & ambience. I love the ordering system that is in place. Come in, order, sit, then dine. Fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional.
On this date, I had the avocado & bacon omelet that comes with toast, blackberry jam and seasoned potatoes. This cost about $12. Well worth it for the quality of food you get. The omelette was good, but the star was for sure the bacon. It's thick and chewy bacon, which I like. I am unsure if crispy bacon is an option for those who enjoy that. The potatoes were seasoned well with rosemary and were cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and chewy interior. The blackberry jam was tart and not overly sweet, which was something I appreciated. I highly recommend giving Cafe Bernardo a try if you have not. 5 Stars.
The menu is predictably constant, the food is always well done, service is very good and parking is plentiful. The atmosphere is energetic (read 'loud') so an intimate meal may be a challenge.
My top place for quality Californian food. Prices were decent. Reminds me of a place in New York I liked to visit.
Nice place, tasty food, amazing desserts and pastries, BUT they have to stop serving lattes in those useless bowls. My lattes are always COLD/warm, and I think they do it on purpose because I would burn my both hands trying to drink my latte. It doesn’t look nice to drink your coffee from a soup bowl AT ALL...
