Gumbo King

You guys food was great four stars for know. Liked how we were greeted. With respect and called king and queen. Real soul food . The chef keep up the good job man. If you guys don't change the way you guys are the next month I'll give you guys five stars I'm already telling people about you guys place already

I felt Loved and Welcomed when I walked through the door. The customer service is Amazing!! And the prices are very reasonable. I was excited and very satisfied with the quality of the food and my dine in experience. My bartenders Ashley and Desiree was very friendly and helped me by providing me with a drink menu with a huge selection of mixed drinks because I did not know what I wanted. Also, My cook Ray made my food to perfection with all of my extra accommodations I had. I will definitely be coming back very soon to try out their oxtails because my husband said that they was Delicious.

Love this restaurant! It is very well organized. It has a nice bar an welcoming environment. I enjoy getting food here an I come often. The owners are very nice people an the portions are good. Very good food must try ! My husband an I love coming here an will continue to support this local business!

Very cool vibe, we stopped by one Friday night, we were greeted a wonderful queen who explained the menu to us, she was very attentive, we chatted with her as we were shown our table. Our server was a very sweet young, I’ve forgotten her name, but she was great! Our food came out fairly quickly, I had the gumbo fries, just a tad too salty for my taste, but still okay. My friend had the gumbo wings, which were delicious, with a side of red beans and rice. The only thing that we suggested to our server was to let guests know that there is a cash vs card price when paying, not a major thing, just good to know and helpful to have in writing somewhere, perhaps the hostess could add that in while explaining the menu. I’ll definitely return, got to try those lamp chops! I wish y’all much success and longevity.

The food was great and the service was phenomenal.
I ordered the fried ribs over rice with a side of fettuccine and mac n cheese. The ribs were tender and well seasoned. The fettuccine and mac n cheese did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu. I saw a few gumbo wings come out that looked amazing. The servers are attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is worth the price. I highly recommend trying this place.
