A great selection of alcohol for a fair price. I suggest the portfolio flight if you want to try everything. They also have good food to tailor off the alcohol, or to fill you up as needed
For $12, I wasn’t expecting much from a liquor flight - WOW was I wrong! J.J. Pfister is a most amazing distillery. From the simple vodka and gin to the most curated whiskeys and fun brandy’s, this distillery does not disappoint!!
My friend and I rolled in to do the “Capital Flight” (14 small pours of mostly everything they make.) Unlike similar spots, our server pulled up a seat at our table and proceeded to guide us through the entire tasting! Although new to the establishment, she was knowledgeable concerning the spirits, answered our questions, and freely deferred to senior staff instead of just faking anything. Fun times and we bought a few bottles each!
Kudos to a really fun place with most helpful staff.
We kept seeing billboard and wanted to try this place for a long time. Finally had an opportunity to go in. Great cocktail menu and I am sure everyone would find something they really enjoy. Cocktails were really great. Also tried dirty kettle chips, they were divine and could not stop eating them. Highly recommend this place.
This place is wonderful for some crafted cocktails and good food. The staff is always kind and accommodating. Sometimes the service is slow (10 minute wait for a drink), but there's only one bartender who is making a bunch of complex drinks so it's understandable. Some impatient people at the table near us were complaining to the server saying "where can I get better and faster service" and they handled the rude customers gracefully. There's great food, drinks, and service, but don't rush it, good things come to those who wait.
